PreSchool Admissions

NEW STUDENT ADMISSIONS & PRESCHOOL ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES

 

PRESCHOOL (2 YEAR OLDS)

The following requirements must be completed and submitted to the school office before a new student can be enrolled and a place secured in the classroom: 

  • Enrollment Form
  • Emergency Form
  • Enrollment Fee (non-refundable)

The following requirements must be completed and submitted to the school office prior to the first day of school: 

  • Current and updated Immunization Record Card
  • Copy of Birth Certificate

The following must be submitted to the school office within 30 days of enrollment: 

  • Current Physical Examination (required every year for preschoolers)

 

*Students must be two years old in order to enroll.  Students are not required to be toilet-trained for the 2 year old class only.

 

 

PRESCHOOL (3 YEAR OLDS)

 

The following requirements must be completed and submitted to the school office before a new student can be enrolled and a place secured in the classroom:

  • Enrollment Form
  • Emergency Form
  • Enrollment Fee (non-refundable)

The following requirements must be completed and submitted to the school office prior to the first day of school:

  • Current and updated Immunization Record Card

The following must be submitted to the school office within 30 days of enrollment:

*Preschool students must be three years old by September 15 and toilet-trained.

 

  

PREKINDERGARTEN (4 YEAR OLDS)

The following requirements must be completed and submitted to the school office before a new student can be enrolled and a place secured in the classroom:

  • Enrollment Form
  • Emergency Form
  • Enrollment Fee (non-refundable)

The following requirements must be completed and submitted to the school office prior to the first day of school:

  • Copy of Birth Certificate

The following requirement must be submitted to the school office within 30 days of enrollment:

READY-SET-GO (4 YEAR OLDS)

The following requirements must be completed and submitted to the school office before a new student can be enrolled and a place secured in the classroom:

  • Enrollment Fee (Non-refundable)

The following requirements must be completed and submitted to the school office prior to the first day of school:

*Ready-Set-Go students must be four years old by May 15 and toilet-trained.
